Another multitool sighting in a cartoon
on: September 07, 2007, 12:56:30 AM
I just spotted a multitool in King of the Hill.  It really wasn't supposed to be anything in particular, but I thought I noticed a vaguely Gerber type design.

Randy Travis stole Peggy Hill's song and called it his own, so she decided to TP his trailer.  While doing so, her and the neighbors (Bill and Dale) knocked the blocks out from under the wheels and the trailer rolled into the lake, trapping Randy Travis inside.  Hank showed up at the last minute, jumped into the lake and used hit multitool to pry open the door to rescue the country singer before he drowned.

Of all the times to leave a multitool at home!   >:D

There's another episode where hank uses his multi-tool to save Dusty Hill from ZZ top from a crashed car in a demolition derby. Dusty's beard gets caught in the seat belt and Hank has to use the serrated blade to cut it free. Yep, too many cartoons...uh huh....
