I never get tires of seeing a BO Surge.  Looks great now and with time and use it'll just get better looking.  Enjoy and congrats.

Oh trust me when I say; neither can I

“Usage patina” or “beausage” as we establish in the “well worn multitools” thread; is the holy grail

I like to call it  " patinage "    As in that mutitool has some sweet patinage   :D

Ah okay..”patinage” ...I like it, I’ll note that down in my dictionary

Yeah. BO tools age beautifully. I got this used BO surge a while back. Didn't quite use it myself. The worn look of it was the reason I bought it.

Thank you kind sir

There are both metric and imperial hex drivers, but also philips, flat, torx and square bits, all in variations of 2D, 3D and the long 2D MUT bits

Did you mod the hex bit holder
to work with the flat bit holder  :tu:

On your pic you have the flat bit holder on the Surge out with a hex bit holder holding the gold hex bit
I thought you might have filled the hex bit holder to fit the flat bit holder on the Surge  :tu:

If you remember from my Rebar thread, this is the Custom 2D-to-3D bit adaptor I made?

I have just wrapped it in black heat shrink to match the BO

Not sure if that answered your question or if I should perhaps not read replies after a few shots of snaps?

I use a Frankensteinfabulous sheath consisting of a LM Surge leather sheath and a LM Rebar sheath cable tied together.

Looks like butthole, but it works....and unlike the €100 custom sheaths ...this one was free, as I just used what I had laying around.
