Skeletool Group Buy?
on: September 09, 2007, 04:55:20 PM
I haven't been involved in a group buy before and I don't really know how it works but do you think Leatherman would be willing to do a group buy for us? Maybe we could get Multitool.Org engraved on it. It would be especially cool if we could get them a little early. BTW I just got the Fall Edition II of Cabela's Catalog and no mention of the Skeletool. It isn't really surprising since they won't be out until November but there's always hope.

As with anything around here, it's entirely possible.  Getting Multitool.org etched or engraved into them may add a significant amount to the price, but I'll see if our master brander Travis can help us through that part.

They would have a hard time finding a place to engrave that since there is no real space left on it

It would be tough. Maybe on the pocket clip? The lettering would have to be pretty small though......

Not to worry, you'd still have nine spare fingers left.  :)

I was thinking that we might be able to engrave the blade. Even if we can't get it engraved I'd still like a group buy if we could get them early.
