I have an idea someone here on MTo was able to duplicate the OEM finish on some MTs (possibly LMs ? ), but it required significant investment in buffing wheels and such like, and seemed a fairly complex and laborious process to get a very close match.

When I first got this I thought it might be a bit heavy but I carried it yesterday on a long walk with my dog and it's not too bad at all.

Really liking this ST so far    :tu:

Thanks Steve!  It was listed as used, but if it was, it must have been very little.  Everything appears new to me.  Might have just been carried but barely used.

My first Leatherman was a ST200.
I got it as a Christmas gift around 1998(?) from my father, he had put together a few things to keep in my car including a Maglite etc
So I kept this ST200 on me for years in my car(s), using it occasionally, but not seeing the value until a few years later.
Then I started using it a lot more.
And then I found out about other models.
And then I ended up with a few dozen LM products. And thats where we are now.

Thanks dad.
