Me? Well as a "boss" this week I had to give someone a disciplinary for something that policy said I had to do even though I didn't believe in it and it involved someone I care about and respect - a lot. I had to sit there and say what the "issue" was infront of my seniors and watch her have to defend herself when I know she had done nothing wrong. I had tried to get her off of it all beforehand but I was put in a conundrum of either failing as a boss or failing as a friend and sadly I chose my job over her. Ok I sorted it all in the end, but I am not happy even now that basically I was forced to do it and had to do it to her.

That and a world of other crap this week but that's just life.
