Another Wenger Identification Needed

Which Wenger is this?
Tried Sakwiki and SAK Selector, but nothing.
There is also can opener which I forget to open and the blade is locking, and there is "official world scout knife" etched on the blade.

Scout S17 I would guess is its common name.

Its actual code is 1 17 91100
I'm not taking any more mod orders at present, sorry.

There have been several photos for this model posted here on MT.O, I have one and I know Chako has one new in the box. They are made specifically for the scouting association and the name as far as I know is the same as marked on the main blade.
