2011 US Meet
on: September 15, 2010, 02:34:29 AM
I've spoken with the BossLady.  I am officially offering the farm for a MT.O meet in May 2011 (except May 8th Mothers Day).

We can make it a Friday-Sunday affair.  There would be fire.  Depending on level of rowdiness, there would likely be firearms.  Axes welcome.

Camping.  Hot water, indoor and outdoor plumbing.

There are several miles of trails for hiking.

Anyone arriving at BWI or Baltimore Penn Station (rail) can be picked up and dropped off.

For those possibly interested in more extended plans, we're 1 hour from Washington DC, 1 hour from Gettysburg, 1.5 hours from Philadelphia and 3.5 hours from New York.

Those interested, please post up.

I know for a fact that Triumphs can easily make a trip from the Ozarks to Maryland.  I've seen it with my own eyes.  ;)

I`m interested but proably wont be able to. We`ll see whats going on as we get closer to May. My sister lives at Owings Mills. I spent alot of time back there in 03 and 04 so I`m familiar with the area. There is alot of rich history there. Thanks for setting this up Mr. W    :salute:

Too far?

For Multitools, firearms, fire and beer?

Did I mention civilized camping?

I doubt I'd be able to go simply because of distance... and because Memorial Weekend is the smaller of the two flea market dates in Hillsville, Va. :pok: :D

Unless the voting is overwhelmingly for Memorial weekend, it won't be that weekend.  I'm leaning towards the 14th weekend.  It's leading the voting too.

Excuses are easy,  :pok:
