Thats sad  :( Hope she'll get her real voice back, can't imagine listening to yourself and hearing the voice of a stranger :(

I've heard of this a few times, but not from a migraine  :think:

How utterly bizarre it would be to find yourself trapped in another voice - can't quite imagine it.

We have a friend who's accent changed after a serious bike crash involving a shed load of broken bones etc. She spoke with an accent from somewhere like Devon, which she didn't have before, and was quite slurred due to the brain injury. I think it went almost back to normal eventually.
