Leatherman Free no longer in production?

Leatherman Free no longer in production?

I may be. little late tot he fray (as usual) but was told this morning that the Leatherman Free range is not being produced anymore - is this true?

I think it may be only the P4 and P2 which are possibly discontinued, which sort of makes sense with the introduction of the ARC.  I think the remainder of the Free lineup is probably intact.

I bought a couple of extra P4s when the ARC came out, just to keep them virginal and collectable upon discontinuation.

The P4 and P2 are not available on the Leatherman website.

I searched for "Leatherman Free" on Knife Center's site. They had a decent selection of Ks and Ts, but no Ps. Seems Powernoodle is correct.

I'm not ruling out the possibility of trying a Free T4 (I think that's the smaller one that comes in all the spiffy colors), but that becomes increasingly unlikely with each passing day.

Thanks, I was just curious. Dropping them for the ARC does make sense.
