My days of tarty tools is over I'm leaning toward fish bone needles and flint for my knives and rock for my axes and hammers,oh how I feel at one with nature now!   well it's all I can afford these days

It has brass liners.  That's the Vic equivalent of having your thong peeking out of the top of your pants.  Add its predilection for sailors, and I call tart.
