I recently bought a leatherman pulse on ebay for only like 18 with shipping and handling!

Nice score!

"Old Leatherman" quality construction, best Leatherman folding scissors, diamond file, ergonomic grips, all locking blades.

The Pulse was vastly underappreciated, in my opinion.

Great buy! :) Great tool IMO. Like J-sews said, its a great example of their old-style, but with all the features and design they had learned from all their previous tools.

I still don't have one... but thanks to you, it's moved up on the list!

I've moved the Pulse into a regular spot in my EDC rotation...paired with a Vic Farmer, and most of my requirements are met in a very handy form.

Are the Pulse and ST200 the only tools that used that style sliding lock release?

I think you'll find that most of the time when currency is discussed online, it's US dollars unless otherwise specified.
