Anyone notice that this 'Explorer' is in fact a Passenger?  The picture is of an Explorer with the scissors photo-chopped out.

Yeah, the seller is not doing a lot to enhance his credibility but who knows?  Maybe he truly does not know what he has and is just a bit goofy.  Could be a treasure trove...  :o

For what it's worth, the seller has added the following to his latest auction.

Hi everyone. I am trying to sell the stock I got from my parents. Those items are all REAL and my parents are the authorize dealer of SAK in Hong Kong. I might not have a lot of new stocks of SAK, but I do have some vintage from 10-20 years ago. I just start up a sell on ebay, so I don't have many history and feedback yet. I am just a starter, if I have post any information wrong, please excuse me. Hopefully you guys will feel satisfy with the items after purchase. Thank you and enjoy your shopping.

he seems like a fast learner, hopefully the market will teach him some more realistic prices. Its understandable that, having just discovered that these knives are special, that he's exaggerated their value. I really don't think its straight out greed.

Not sure if anyone actually told him. I think he might have figured it out on his own when his lot of 15 Scientists sold out in about an hour.

This dude has NIB Old Stock like the dude in Korea I used to visit.  Boxes look exactly what the ones I got look like over there.

This dude wants $75 for a NIB OS Grand Prix, EXACTLY like the ones I bought.  This dude is smoking crack if he thinks he can get one for $75.

I am going to attempt to contact my POC in Korea or the seller.   It appears the place where I got my "replacement" Traveller Lite (that was really a Voyager) cannot get any until next year.    The dude in Korea had TONS of EVERYTHING for sale.
MOLON LABE!

My knives are arrived today.
Not realy what I expected but I know it was a gamble.
I was ordered  and payd for two red harversters, 40$ each.
But I did tell him the pics and discription ware not correct and say that he have to look at sakwiki first.
Then he mailed me he has just only harverster and want to refund me 40$.
I ask him to sent me the harverster and an red old cross farmer he has at ebay to for 40$
He was glad I was give him this advice he would give me a bonus knive.
Sofar so good.
Today I opened the envelop he sent me and I was wondering what was in it.

One old cross red pioneer.
One old cross red farmer.
And no old cross harvester, but?

It looks like an red harverster with pruner blade but?

It has no reamer on it but?

It has an merlin spike on it. Wow!
It is an old cross first mate, new no box.

that's a fantastic error. The seller will be kicking himself when/if he finds out about that misclassification. Brass liners too?

Looks like I will be waiting a bit longer for my Scientist.  He ended up giving me the wrong paypal address
and this was through ebay, to an old dormant account.  I didn't realize it until I got an email from him that said he was going to re-list it in 7 days if not paid?  What?  I checked my bank statements and it was showing up as paypal having taken the money so I emailed him and he gave me another more current one.  :-\   He's a nice enough fella
though.
He's learning.  :tu:

p.s I doubt he would have been too upset having to re-list it huh?  It sure wouldn't 'ave been for the price
we originally paid.  :D

I guess it probably looks as though I didn't pay him until I saw what you guys got was real huh?
That wasn't the case he was paid on Oct 5th.  I guess I kinda re-read what I'd posted and came
up with how this whole thing sounded.  :D

WOW!!! your one lucky guy!

I see he stole some more images off of SAKwiki for his recent postings.  And it one contains list to images from SAKwiki.  SAKWiki should probably prevent links from referer ebay.com to avoid future issues.

Yes lucky me but I already have this red first mate in my collection and have two off them now. :D
I was goeing for the red harvester because that one I do not have.
This double one I can use it later for trade for maybe an other marlinspike I don't have.
The same as the red old cros farmer and pioneer I have double now.
I have other vic's I did find for good prices, usefull for trades only, not for sale.
In an other topic I will list my doubles later for exchanges I needs.
