It's not worth looking here for it, the chances anyone has the specific model of RAM you need is slim, plus, RAM is extremely cheap nowadays, especially old DDR2 sticks.

You are probably right but its worth a try and as for it being cheap, well... that's relative. A few weeks ago 40 bucks for ram was cheap, today it's highway robbery.

Actually, $40 is around the current going rate for 2GB DDR2 667.
