Good Question!  I don't believe I've ever seen that posted.  Surprising because that is an inexpensive platform that would be easy to mod. Probably the lack of existing tools limits the mods and makes them more custom like modifying other tools or new blade shapes.

Outers are 3.5mm and the middle is 2.2mm
I'm not taking any more mod orders at present, sorry.

Thank you Neil!

And the pins on the new 111mm line (trekker, forrester etc) is 3mm, is that right?

Off the top of my head, so do double check ...

Side lock 111mm have 2.5mm for outers and middle with the corkscrew pin being 2.2mm.
Liner lock 111mm have 3mm for outers, 2.5mm centre and 2.2mm for corkscrew.
I'm not taking any more mod orders at present, sorry.

Wow!  Wouldn't that make them the largest pins of any of the SAKs?

Here are the specs from SAK wiki looks like it needs a couple corrections.  Neil could you post the corrections and I'll add them to the table with your 100mm info.

Knife Type    Pin Diameters    Material
58 mm         1.6 mm    brass
58 mm Alox    1.6 mm    nickel silver
74 mm         2.0 mm    brass
84 mm         2.2 mm    brass
84 mm Alox    2.2 mm    nickel silver
91 mm         2.5 mm, 2.2 mm (center pin)    brass
93 mm P.R     3.0 mm, 2.5 mm (center pin)    nickel silver
108 mm        2.5 mm    brass
111 mm s-lock 2.5 mm, 2.2 mm (center pin)    brass
111 mm l-lock 3.0 mm, 2.5 mm (center pin)    brass

Thread necro ...  :D

Just picked up a couple of these recently. Was very surprised to discover the blade is chisel ground  :o
They also don't have the same polished blade as found on "conventional" SAK's, but these are working knives so no real surprise.

The grind is easily changed though, but what I want to know is how to pop one of these in a 91mm frame?

Anyone tried it? Can it be done?

Obviously the pivot hole would need bushing ... somehow
Would the blade ride a standard 91mm backspring  ??? if so ... which
