Another example for you of where the email storage folder is/was, unless you changed it.... in my case my XP account is under the name "Splat" so here's the location of my emails:

C:\Documents and Settings\Splat\Local Settings\Application Data\Identities\{1FF65044-7B27-4F45-B5B8-C80DEA1C30D4}\Microsoft\Outlook Express

...and the address book is at:
C:\Documents and Settings\Splat\Start Menu\Programs\Accessories

Just search for *.dbx files. They are your OE emails. Then just import them into OE at any time.
