Not quite as I remember it ;) and the "noob" is still very much an active member here with a few hundred posts.

If you want to know more you can PM me but let's not drag this around and maybe offend other members.

Thanks for reeling me in enki_ck, I edited my post to be a more PC. I was quite mad about that whole issue.

Love that pic, DaveK. I used it as wallpaper for a while. :D

I always liked that one too!

Just looking in my Photobucket album and there were a couple of other angles too it seems. I can't recall if they were posted here though at the time.

I used to come here a lot.

Got many of those left Dave? I remember you had a bit of a sell off :)

The Camo KF4 in the big group shot there is actually Allan's (always was - I was just the middle man in getting it to him) but I did eventually get my own (shown in the first pic) which I still have.

In fact my big sell-off didn't go too well really for two main reasons. Lol.

Firstly, I couldn't part with any of the really nice tools when it came down to it and secondly I got a job in Germany which meant I didn't really need to sell them after all and made the logistics of posting stuff more hassle than I coudl deal with.

I did sell off a few duplicates and spares to some of the guys on here but the collection is pretty much intact, it just hasn't grown much in the last couple of years. In reality, it probably won't for a while either whilst I decide what I'm going to do (if anything)!

I do need to sort out what can be moved on at some point as I still have a few duplicate, retired tools that never see the light of day gathering dust, where some others woudl no doubt appreciate them much more than I am currently.

Ha ha yeah me too! I was worried someone in customs got sticky fingers. I could see that customs had opened the envelope to inspect the contents.

Aye, the KF4 is a jewel. Had a story on an older blog with the famous yet elusive Leatherman petition to bring back the KF4. You can still get a downloadable PDF manual for it, if wanted.

I was looking at eBay to see if I could find any good deals on MTs and came across this one

http://www.ebay.com/itm/LEATHERMAN-juice-XE6-Multitool-/130841958846?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item1e76c9d9be&_uhb=1

In the description, the seller states that a X was on the tool  to identify it as being used and bought at a gera(?) sale. Would this hinder the warranty in any way? Has anyone seen this before?

I think they do at the factory store? I remember some guys getting some super deals on some Freestyles because they used the Skeletool frame or something similar.
