I'm really going off on a tangent here, but I've noticed Juice prices are all over the map. One C2 I was watching sold for under $30, while a used S2 had been bid up to twice that. Perhaps it's worth noting that the one C2 was showing wear and had gray scales. I assume certain colors are more desirable than others?

Don’t know FX, I’ve seen more red C2’s than grey so might have thought it was more sought after :dunno:
Prices are all over the place and if a bit of wear doesn’t worry you (it doesn’t me) then it’s watch and wait but bargains do come along….eventually!

Some light wear doesn't bother me. Lack of proper care does. And most of the C2s I've seen for sale have been blue. Maybe commonality is dependent upon what country one lives in? :dunno:

That's $35.19 US as of this post. Wish I could find deals like that. And I gotta ask: red or gray?

pumpkin orange s2, not c2 but $30

$30 seems like a pretty dang good deal. I'll give it some thought.

So my advertised as new Juice C2 bought for A$50 arrived and it sure is in like new condition BUT the back spring for the large screwdriver is bust making it somewhat less of a bargain but not a dealbreaker….the driver is probably usable in a pinch but of course has no back stop without the spring

I’m giving the seller the benefit of the doubt as it looks like they’re selling a deceased estate or similar judging by the disparate items for sale

I’m sure it’ll get plenty of carry and I won’t have to worry about it being a discontinued model or anything

Do you know what the more I think about the Juices the more I like them

To the extent that - If you asked me to name my favourite Leatherman - I'd probably say my Juice C2

Yep my Skeletool is cool
Yep love my Wave as it's so capable and it was my first
Yep the ST300 is so mean and beefy
Yep love the PST as it is such a neat package, so convenient and as it really was the first

But the one that is in my pocket, or with me the most, used the most, and therefore liked like the most is my C2!

Same here. The PST2 (always in my wallet) and the S2 (easy to slip in a pocket when without a wallet) are my most worn LMs hands down, and my personal favorite. You can have the best tools, if they are too heavy to wear naturally, you don't, and therefore don't use them as you should, which is all the time.

The C2 is surely also nice if you drink wine, which I don't enough to warrant loosing the scissors.

I'm happy the prices on used Juices here are crazy, or I think I'd start a real collection for the fun of it. =) But even if I did, in the end I'd probably be happiest with a (grey) S2, meethinks.
Or a KF4 if I find one on the ground in the woods one day.  :woohoo:

By the way, my S2 (bought here, if I remember correctly) also came with a broken spring. It doesn't stop me from using it, but it does sometime limit my possibilities. Good thing the Juice has 2 other drivers on there that do lock.
