Wonderful winter landscape! 

I hope you are alright, I heard in the news yesterday that the temperatures are really bad in Poland. -25° C, and first people already dying... My brother in law worked in Poland, but left yesterday due to health problems (I believe not because of the weather). Haven't talked to him yet.

Trees in winter, covered with snow look beautiful and so white, snowy road. In fact I do prefer to drive on unsalted roads in winter but they try to salt them all  Fortunately salt=money and some roads remain unsalted

Thanks - I am alright.  In fact this (early) winter is quite ordinary. Last winter we had temperatures below -22 F/ -30 C (measured on a backyard just above ground). Several super-frosty nights. In one of our rooms temperature was below 10 C/50 F and measured just at a windowsill - 4 C/39 F inside!

Unfortunately this photo has grain - when it is enough light my Nokia takes excellent sharp pictures  but rather fails when it is dark (indoor pictures also are not very good  ).
