IMO of course, but the discontinued Ti is a better tool overall. Thinner handle scales to reduce bulk, no CC in the plier head, and is a little more attractive. The 154CM blade isn't much different than the S30V in real-world application. And the Ti doesn't have a gut-hook.  :)

The XTi will give you the S30V and gut-hook with CC pliers, but the XTi is way more expensive if you can find one in good condition.  :ahhh

Finally made my TTi just about perfect for my use. Installed the BO Charge head in the desk-side Blast, where it looks better than it did in the TTi. And then put the fine-tooth Blast SS head into the TTi.  :woohoo:
And I've got a Wave with jacked up pliers and will put the CC TTi head into that.

I didn't get along with my TTi at first.  Those CC plier tips bothered me.  I'm glad I gave it another chance as its been my work tool now for a while.  My Ti sat and sat as I didn't want to bugger it up.  I finally decided my TTi is has been bullet proof so my Ti has been getting the call for work now.  Its a great tool, they both are. 

I am super pissed at myself for letting my Charge XTi go  :facepalm:.
