looking for inhalers (albuterol)
on: January 03, 2011, 10:30:06 PM
 hey guys,
I know this is an unusual thing to post here but i have had really bad asthma for a few years now and my work hours at work have been cut and my co-pays have gotten higher.
If anyone has a not- expired inhaler that you never used and want to get rid of i would greatly appreciate it. The main reason i have asthma is my 3 dogs but i could NEVER get rid of them so this is my small cross to bear.
Please PM me if you can help i will pay for shipping, and if you have several i might have something to trade for them.
Thank You
[

Thanks Jim,
I hope so. Medication cost have gotten so ridiculous lately and with the dollar having less buying power these days, well I think most of us know what I'm talking about. Again thanks and Happy New Year :)

I can't help you either, but I agree- it would take more than a lack of oxygen for me to part with my dogs too!

  Yea,
This new years day i was going through something that was depressing me and my 3 step kids that new what i was going through ignored me, my 3 dogs sensed my depression and came and laid down on me and next to me for the WHOLE time.

Not to derail this topic, but this is something I have thought about for a long time- are dogs really loyal?  Folks talk about a dog's love being unconditional and so on, but the reality is that dogs really have a psychological need for companionship, so do they really need/love us, or are we just an emotional crutch for them?  And, if that's the case, are we really being fair to them by exploiting a blind spot?  We may not be the greatest friends to them, but then do they care about us or do they need us to fill that void in their wiring?

The onbly answer I can give to all of that is that the causes may not matter, when the effect is the kind of bond that dogs have with real dog people like us.  Dogs is the best people, and used dogs is the best dogs.

Having a lung condition myself, I can relate. My meds costs have skyrocketed this year. I wish I could help but I'm using all my meds at this time. My dogs are like my kid, would'nt give them up either.......I hope you get some help.
