Can these guys be blocked by IP address? Is this stuff coming from many different IP's or area's or is it primarily the main spamming areas of China, Russia and Eastern Europe?

I hate blocking IP addresses as these guys (along with many members) use dynamic IP's, which means they get a different address each time they log in.  One of our regular, respected members was recently unable to log in on many occasions due to a banned IP range.

Yes IP bans are not the solution, for the reason stated among others.

i like the Russian spam a little more, pretty lettering.
