The wife loves her first Leatherman

I gave my wife a blue Micra for her birthday and I figured she'd just wind up not doing anything with it and eventually losing it. Well, the other day she was telling me how useful the scissors were for cutting things. Yesterday, she had an Ottlamp in need of battery replacement, and learned how to use the Micra's Phillips to work the screws.

I have hope for her yet

I gave my wife a Micra a while back and she loved it. When I got the Juice S2 she wanted one so I gave it to her. Now she wants the purple XE6 as well as a Fenix E01. I think I've created a monster!

The first two gifts I gave my girlfriend were a liner lock knife and the smaller leatherman (I think it's the regular PST... it's not as big as the super tool).

She brags about them now... she screwed up her face when she first saw them but like most people, expressed amazement at how often during the day, having a proper blade available is a handy thing.

She says she's used the leatherman often also.

She doesn't carry them both all the time (purse dependent) but does when she can.

My wife's got a few SAKs I've given her (tinkering with the features she wants/likes) and has a photon-like LED on her keys. When she saw my blue Micra she expressed such an interest in it I had to concede her the right to borrow it from time-to-time.

Actually micra is very popular to women. My wife 's sister and a friend's wife really loved it when they saw mine and I made them a micra as a gift. Really convenient M/T.
