How much is a Gold TiNi Powerlock worth?

Pretty much the above - I have a chance to buy a decent condition Gold TiNi Powerlock. How much should I offer on it?

I`m thinking 45 to 75. I guess it depends on how bad you want it. But if they dont know what it is you might get it cheaper.

should i ever have cash and good timing i'd give upwards up to 100 bucks for a NIB one

Well, it's in good condition, but not new in the box. This is also a guy who's insisting a regular powerlock is worth $100 used when I can buy one for $85 new down the street.

i've seen powerlocks at Lowes here for about 50 bucks...Texas that is.

I'm guessin a TiNi would go for about twice a normal?

SOG TiNi MT's are funny things. The smaller MT's I have been lucky enough too nab for less than there non coated versions

. The larger TiNi MT's tend to go for a fare bit more. For me $100us is a BIG barrier , it has to be exceedingly rare/desirable for me to go past the 100 mark. So me I would not go over $100us , that said I have not seen a TiNi Powerlock for sale & it could easily break the $100 on the open market

.I do not have a golden Powerlock BTW

jekostas has the Powerlock's TiNi coating faded or become scratched/weathered in any way , that is a obvious bargaining point

A SOG Tini is the holy grail of any SOG collection. I have searched high and low and still haven't found one. So basicaly it is worth what you are willing to pay for one. All I can say is that you are lucky to have found one.
