It looks like a well-designed light to me.  Having never handled one though, I would rather direct you to a write-up from someone who has (link below).  Read the comments in the thread about adjust-ability concerns from owners of the light. :

A close competitor to that headlamp would be Zebralight.  Their offerings are more expensive, but I have experience with them and, IMO, are worth the money.  The ITP headlamp has a design very similar to the Zebralight H50.

I read all that, interesting read,
also 2010 reviews tells me this is te best value for the $$
I dnt like the limited .9 run time on high with the Itp
it has low run time no matter how ya look at it

the princeton tech remix can do 200 hours on flood 70 lumes
this is the perfect light / battery life

I read a review of a guy camping used it all weekend and it did not die wow

Regardless of what is said in the review, there isn't ANY light on the market that can do 70 lumens for 200 hours.  A handful of hours at best at full output before the light begins to dim.  Also, the Remix is NOT regulated, and I'm willing to bet that's what's up with the supposed 200 hour run time; that's probably the amount of time for the batteries to drain nearly completely with the output steadily decreasing all the while.

If they made one of these in a neutral, I'd be all over it...  Despite the short run times it has because it's AAA based, it seems like it's something that could adapt well to being mounted on the bill of a baseball cap or the like given how small and light it is.
