Hi all!

Are there any U.S. or EU made options for lockback stockmans or other multi-blade models. I know that Gerber had a china-made one that was discontinued and Rough Rider had a china-made one at some point.

Nothing against those knives, I just was hoping to see one made by Case/GEC/Imperial/Boker/etc etc out there, preferably in carbon steel.

It is a really cool concept. I could see modifying one so that the locking blade also has a small OHO tab.

Thanks for your input!

Rough Rider labeled this one as a Stockman but it's more closely related to a Whittler pattern.
It's been awhile, but I have seen some old lock back whittlers.  Good luck.

Depending on how charitably you define blade, I've seen locking scouts (I think Imperial, usually in the smaller size ranges) and there's obviously the ol' TL-29. I have a Crosman stockman with a lock on the clip point. It's probably a rebadge from one of the big old companies like Camilus or Imperial, and it's stamped USA. Nice little knife, has serrations on the sheepsfoot. My wife likes to take it as a food prep knife when we camp since it can slice bagels and stuff. They're not too hard to find on ebay. I could've swore Case made a lockback trapper, but I can't Google it up now.

EDIT: Google around has revealed a Camilus lockback trapper. Not seeing a lot of examples, and all of them are pretty spendy though.

My blue Camillus cub scout knife had locks.  Definitely carbon steel, since it was good and rusty when I found it on a playground.  I didn't show it to anyone at school, since that is the best way to lose possession.  Finders, keepers notwithstanding.  Best wishes.  G

Case made a knife they called the Trapperlock, but it was a single-blade model.
