Quick question on SOG Powerassist model

Hi, I was looking to buy a SOG Powerassist.  On some sites I see the model number as S66, on others S66N.  Is this the same model, or does the N denote a newer version?

The N signifies that it comes with a nylon case, rather than a leather one.
