Forum Upgrade!

Upgrades were applied.

All modifications had to be re-applied, some are reverted to default such as flags... please let me know what's broken/missing if anything.

The banner at the top of the page now takes me back to the forum index, didn't it used to open up the main site? Nothing else leaping out at me mate, good job.

Any chance you could make them fade more in the background, instead of the white box?

Forcing a link to open in a new tab is impossible. The user/visitor should decide what the behavior of a link is.

That's why there's no target attribute in all strict versions of (X)HTML

yeah, I kinda installed it in a hurry, maybe get a chance to play with the css this weekend.

Oh updated the flags a bit, Serbia/Montenegro separated, Northern Ireland was forgotten... (isn't that just typical?) Euskadi/Basque Country was absent, and re-added Spamalotistan. Be forewarned, choosing Spamalotistan as your flag may incur a ban from an over enthusiastic moderator.
