Lens Light Mini ?

Any experience with them , they seem like a nice unit . I like the Delrin pocket clip , and the fact that it uses a McClickie switch . The Ti iteration is call to me .

I've never heard of it.  I Googled, and it does look very interesting!  I'm not typically a fan of optics though...

Buy one and let us know what you think.   

Are there retailers that carry it, maybe at a lower price?

At that price I'd expect a TIR rather than an aspheric lens.

Those that own them like them . Cant say I'm totally sold on the whole optic thing , all I can say as a Devil's advocate is that all else appears well thought out . Had I gone to the Canuck Knifemakers Guild Show , I could have played with one , Neil Ostroff of TNK both edc's and sell them .

I think I'm still more inclined towards an HDS Clickie , a well known quantity .

I don't mind optics, as long as they're well done.  In fact, I have a few aspherics in my collection that I quite like. 

However, aspherics have a significantly more light loss than TIR optics.  For a light with a MSRP over $100, using aspherics is kind of a head scratcher.  Besides, LED Lenser has proven for a long time that you can do a good flood-to-throw using TIR optics.

That was exactly what I was thinking, for basically the same money.  HDS is likely to be here for service tomorrow, if you need it.
