Yes indeed, very unusual. :salute: So what are the little colored buttons for? Or are they just for decoration?

This is a temporary plug for closing the open beer bottles, the beer did not run out of steam. They are removed from the rail. For more photos on the link in the message.

Uuuu, I like these a lot. I wouldn't mind having one in my collection. Stainless steel would be fine by me. No need for titanium. ;)

Typically these knives were made of aluminum, sometimes made of titanium, stainless steel handle is very rare ...

I guess this is the right thread for this.  I found this set last weekend at a military vehicle show/swap meet for $5.  I figured that it was perfect for keeping in my bag for work.  We're always scrambling for knives and forks at lunch.

The holder/bottle/can opener is marked "NSB-80 BUND" , and the utensils are marked "OFW 81 BUND" .  Anyone have an idea who this set was made for?  I'm thinking it's German, but not 100% sure.

Quoting an old post yes :) I have one of those in my EDC and it does its job very well...

Also have one of these: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lusikkahaarukka
The one i have was actually used by my grandfather during WW2, pics will follow as soon as I find it :D
