As others have noted, it is very difficult to accurately assess value of rare or unique customs, and a lot of it depends on who knows you’re selling the item and how much they want it. Condition is a major factor as well, but from what you’ve told us, it sounds like these are all in mint, never used, never carried condition. It also depends on what your timeframe is, i.e. do you want to sell them quickly for whatever you can get, or do you want to try to get top dollar, even if that means spending months or a year trying to sell them?Based on the article linked below, I would suspect your late husband bought the SAKtory knife roughly ten years ago for £40 or £50. What is it worth today? Well, it is fairly rare, in the sense that a relatively small number were made and they won’t be making any more. However, (contrary to what some ebay sellers seem to think) this does not automatically make it worth a bajillion dollars. But, it should bring a meaningful premium over and above what the stock model would cost.https://thenextweb.com/news/gorgeous-swiss-army-knife-saktory-gives-old-tool-fresh-visual-spina-gorgeous-swiss-army-knife-saktory-gives-old-tool-new-lookP.S. It is really a shame that knives can’t be sold on UK ebay. That would have made the process much easier for you.
