I don't know if this is of any help with the list but many years ago I was issued some sort of Alox when I was in the New Zealand Army Territorial Force (reserves).

Guardian, thanks for the update!

BTW: The French Army calls it Felin...

Do the Norwegian Defence Forces have government issue pocket knives, or is everybody issued a SwissTool? Or maybe do soldiers have to buy their own pocket knives?

Whith this topic in mind I stumbled across a evilbay listing...used OHTs, from the german army.

Well treated as you see:
(Image removed from quote.)

https://www.ebay.de/itm/Original-Victorinox-BW-Taschenmesser-Einhandoffnung-Bundeswehr-Messer-gebr/282969690728?_trkparms=aid%3D222007%26algo%3DSIM.MBE%26ao%3D2%26asc%3D52950%26meid%3Dbb842b8d50da4bb3acdf78d53023a8d4%26pid%3D100005%26rk%3D3%26rkt%3D12%26mehot%3Dlo%26sd%3D132721490027%26itm%3D282969690728&_trksid=p2047675.c100005.m1851

Very well used, I would say.
The seller is asking € 18,99. If double that you can almost buy a new one.

BTW: Shuya, maybe you can help me. I am looking for a (near) mint GAK, the old 108 mm "Trooper" model. Do you have any idea what the price range for these knives is? Or where to buy them?

AFAIK Australia now supplies the (crappy) Taylor (made in China) Schrade BO Tough Tool (copy of the original ST1) to Oz troops (obviously a decision made by an office-bound penny-pinching accountant).  So no more SwissTools for our grunts :(

That German Naval serrated Skipper or Helmsman is a beaut..
I knew my wife was a keeper when she transitioned from calling it a knife thingy to a multi-tool.

Couldn't give exact time frame for beginning of issue but the New Zealand Army was issuing soldiers to troops from 1973 on( a friend had one from basic back then ) . From approx 2003 on  , the Victorinox centurion is the issue knife (handed back as I left the army regrettably 🙁) Ive since got my hands on a replacement which ill get a pic of up when i remember . As far as i know , none of these  had national flags etc or other markings
