Nobody is interested in these at all?

I'll accept offers.  If I don't get a response soon, these will be heading over to CPF.

I was trying to give others a chance at it first!

If no one else jumps on these, let me know before they go to CPF and maybe we can work something out!

Can that mod be taken out of that Mag and put into another Mini Mag, or is it hotwired in?

The Terralux kit is a drop in- it can be removed and put into another light.

How does it compare to the 3 LED Nite Ize upgrade?  Does the glass lens make a big diffrence?

The single LED TerraLux kit blows the 3 LED Nite Ize kit out of the water:

The glass lens makes a difference, but I don't think it's really noticeable.  To me, a glass lens just makes the Mag a higher-quality product, and I like the scratch resistance.  If I were to do it again, I would use mineral glass for better shock resistance.

I got the Mag today, thanks!

I noticed you put that thread sealing tape on the threads...I never thought of that...is it to keep it more waterproof, or to stiffen the head turning?

Thanks for the keychain LED also, I already replaced the Countycomm one on my keys with it

The teflon tape is there just to take up a bit of the "slop" in the threads that all Minimags seem to have.  It seems to keep it at the desired focus a bit better.  With the Terralux drop-in that's in it, I always used a Kroll clickie switch on the end instead of the tailcap.  Turning the head back and forth, on and off, can cause the drop-in leads to twist, and I wanted to avoid that.  You can see it with the Kroll clickie here:

I always liked that copper color, and I think the laser-etched Boeing logo is pretty cool.  I think it would match a Victorinox copper Cadet pretty well.

Glad you like the "fauxton" light--I thought I'd throw in a freebie since it took a while for me to ship the Mag.
