A French 'My First SAK'  :o :D 8) 8) 8) 8).

Keep the photos coming mate  :pok: :pok: :D :D

With a lock mechanism, safer than a sak...
It's about 8 or 10 euros here, i have looking for shipping cost to Australia but they are prohibitive...
I can ask a post office if you want.

Look at the ''Opiwan'' products:

Thanks Nico  :cheers: :cheers: , but I will have to just be happy to have your terrific photos mate  :( :( :D :D. Maybe next year I can look at nabbing a T45  :dd: :dd: :D.

We are saving for a holiday & I have been a little naughty lately with my purchases  ::) ::) ::) :D :D

I'll just add another traditional French knife if that's OK with Nico.

Nice knife Gareth, hollyday souvenir?

An other:

the Douk Douk!
Slim line, razor carbon steel blade.
I like it, used in tropical jungle when the Opinel wood handle inflated because humidity.
Very cheap, about 10 euros.
Was used in french colonies during last century.
