MMR, its a SOG-branded Paladin PT-540 multi-tool.  This one is dedicated to telephony/IT work.  My supervisor 'gifted' all the 'field techs' with one.  This one; is no-longer made under this trademark, or SOG.  I wish SOG would re-issue it under their branding again.  These are becoming 'high-dollar' collectors.  Comes with both the punch-down bit for 66-blocks, and BIX.  Also has scissors, screwdrivers, and the 'usual suspects'.  Leatherman should note this, because if they made a 'IT-dedicated tool' it would-be a super-seller!  :D

It’s an awesome looking multitool for sure.

LM used to (I don’t know if they still do) make a version of the Squirt that had a wire stripper instead of the usual pliers.

If it’s any good, I don’t know, apart from that I don’t think leatherman has made any MTs dedicated towards electrical work

Bear and Son makes a fairly good electrical tool. The 155EL. The tool locking system is lame, but the unlock bat can be removed and still allow locking/unlocking by lifting the adjacent tool.

Hmm....it doesn’t seem like the soSmurfpillst dictatorship called the E.U. will not allow its citizens the freedom to buy Bear and Son knives locally.....looks like we have to order them from the US and have some bald eagles fly them over here...

Have the three versions of the PowerAssist now. Took forever to find a 1/4" screwed USA version(left), and it is an EOD with C-4 spike to boot.  :woohoo:.
The middle is a transitional version. The right one is a modern version.

Funny thing is that SOG still makes the good old style tools. Not sure why they thought anyone who likes a PowerLock would like an Access better. :dunno:

The Access is an o.k tool, but it pales in comparison to the PowerLock and Assist.
