I was a little carried away and just won the bidding of a Lm juice Kf4.

Congrats Gareth.

Kershaw is sending me some replacement scale hardware and a torsion bar for my 3810 Dimension.  I'm so excited to get this knife up and running and see if I actually like it.

A US made Schrade Navitool, found on Ebay for $17.   While I hadn't planned on buying any more multitools this month, I had a prepaid gift card I'd purchased for PayPal, but had learned when trying to add the card, PayPal had stopped accepting prepaid debit cards, but Ebay still did, so I bought it.

I had to get it, for 0.79.
I do not know if it counts as a multitool, but it was all together.

Ever have one of those "Opps, I didn't really want to win that auction" moments?

I just had one today.

I'm not really upset, I still think it was a good deal, but rather financially irresponsible seeing I am seeking employment at the moment.

Noticed the auction yesterday afternoon and was surprised at the low price with only 14 hours to run.

Had a look over the lot which was 97 SAK's (including a few SAK-a-like models) which was roughly half large size and half small keychain size.

In among the predominantly mainstream SAKs were a few that looked a little more interesting. Do I see a black OC 93mm Alox, a 4 or 5 layer 111mm possible Atlas or Hercules, a Voyager/Traveller Lite, a Minichamp, possibly a Ranger and a Deluxe Climber, a couple of Camo scale 91's and a Silvertech, Then there is the rest with plenty of Climbers, Campers, Spartans etc and a bunch of 58's and 65's, some of them with quite nice scales.

So I did a rough calculation in my head to come up with a low-ball offer based on $2 each for the small ones and $4 each for the big ones and put in my bid...

Imagine my surprise this afternoon when I checked my email to find a "YOU WON THIS AUCTION" notification from the bay...

Looks like I will have plenty of candidates for wood scales arriving in a week or so.
Keen to see what the black OC Alox is like too.

Pictures of anything interesting when I get them.

That Wenger at the bottom left looks like it could be one of the Soft Touch series, those with a lovely clip point blade.

I've actually got two of the ST17s already, one like new shelf queen and one in my EDC rotation. They're a nice knife.

Yes, they are :tu: I have a ST17 too, I really like it despite the Evo scales.

Mine is a shelf queen so far but I keep thinking how I'd like to crossbeed it with a Recruit  >:D

Congrats!
