Since the $23 price on Ebay was so low, I had my folks order me a Vic Marlboro Outdoorsman a couple weeks early for my birthday instead of waiting--Outdoorsmen seem to often be snapped up quick if listed cheap.

I'm wore out from a long day at college--so too tired to post pics.  Here's the listing it came from.

I just pulled the trigger on a Victorinox Outrider that will be here in time for the November 111mm challenge.  I've wanted one for a long time anyway, but I've just about blown my budget for new knives until the new year. ::)

I was abroad for a few weeks and bought a couple of Italian knives.
Some Spanish ones were also waiting for me when I came back.

More information later.

OS Explorer Map for the local area. Should cover all the walks I could possibly want to do from my own door, including going to visit friends and family without using public transport or being confined to roadside paths.

I have a duo of Sharpmakers and a quartette of the very fine rods coming in; they're being paired up, one set for me, one set for my uncle for Christmas.  He's hard to shop for; but at least I already know what he's getting next year, too (the diamond and cubic boron rods). :D

I inform you now

Pallés is a spanish brand comercialized by Albainox, but China made.

Please do not make a mistake with Pallarés Solsona (Spain made)
