The reason I ordered them is that I sharpened a pair for my neighbor and used them for a while and really liked them. Hers were a few years old and holding up well with heavy use, she is an avid gardener.

Same, I've been using ones that look like someone's been cutting barbed wire.  :twak:

40 days later, I received

1. 2 Swiss Army Knights Coins (1 for EDC, 1 to collect) plus 1 10 years MTO chip as a present, plus the infamous Oil (Thanks Def!)
2. A used Climber for using the scissors on a hobbies kit, nice, will change scales
3. A used Executive for my travel shaving and grooming kit, nice, will change scales on that too
4. An Okapi, to join my other historical designs, THAT's A FANTASTIC KNIFE!
5. A MecArmy SGN3 CREE XP - G2 Keychain Flashlight (White 160 Lumens, plus Red & UV) for my keychain, great, far better than the Tube/Thump/Tip for my particular needs
6. XINDA D-shaped locking Buckle for my keychain, bigger than I thought, but, hey, I don't mind
7. 2x Xiaomi Yeelight RGBW E27 Smart LED Bulbs for our bedroom, for atmosphere, haven't check them yet
8. An EDCGEAR Outdoor ABS Pocket Knife Sharpener, for serrated blades and more, looks nice, EDCable (but Victorinox Dual and Diamond sharpeners are flater, although longer)
9. A QC 3.0 Quick Charge Power Adapter for recharging all those gadgets, very-very nice, that will be my travel charger and I might EDC it
10. A Nitecore SRT9 LED Flashlight, 2150 lumens flooder, with RGB and UV, there's absolutely no reason not to EDC it, although with double batteries it is heavier, but this babe does everything and with a lot of style (Nitenumen goes permanently on my bicycle and the MH27 by my bedside for reading and checking)

So the package from MTO took 40 days?

That means I still have some waiting to do... :/

No, it was about 21 days. But I was on vacation and the goodies waited for me at my office.

It worths the waiting. They added two nice presents you see.

I ordered a Lansky Strop for my system.  I also figured I may as well get the super sapphire stone as well.  I cant wait to see how this, if this adds to my sharpening system.  I'm a big fan the Lansky system.

A PST - to replace the one I had sent in for warranty repairs (snapped blade) only to have it replaced by a Wave (darn!  :D). Reportedly in the mail  :mail:.

Why a PST again? After due consideration, I find it's a very compact tool which due to its lack of locking blades is street legal in more countries, plus I still have an original bit carrier for it which had become unemployed.

(They still have a few PSTs @ MTo, folks!)

My first "traditional" pocket knife is on the way!

It's the Blade Forums Barlow knife with micarta scales.
