Like I have said in another topic, I sent off my original Wave to be repaired on the Saturday afternoon and it was delivered back to me fully repaired, cleaned and lubricated on the Wednesday.

Service could not be faulted.  :)

It really is. 

They must have received it, done all the work and then sent it out again on the same day.
