Will the belt clip scale on the Vic Sentinel fit the Trekker?
 Both one hand openers with thumb holes.If so, do they just snap
on and off like the cellidor? If not, how to change them. Thanks

As far as i know, the clip scale only comes on Sentinel models WITHOUT backside tools.
So your answer is no.

However, Swissbianco offers either a clip to mount on your 111 or a set of scales complete with a clip.

Or you modify the Trecker and get rid of the Phillips/corkscrew...

Thanks for the info on Swiss Bianco. I'll see what their clip entails and maybe
see about making one myself.
