The X21 should have more throw as it's using an optic rather than reflectors.  Is throw your only requirement or do you need flood ability as well?

Thanks for the reply. I am looking for something bright. Those two look good so I was hoping for info. The romisen has more lumens supposedly but I don't trust the lumen ratings.

Haven't used the Led Lenser X21 myself, but I found this video below to be pretty impressive  :o.
