Probably need to test it out... Although I’ve never tried it, 84mm tools would sit low on 91mm frame and thus make it hard to reach...What I’ve already done is replacing small blade with awl, no problems there...Hopefully someone more experienced can chime in...
And maybe reprofile the file shape similar to the small file?
What do you guys n gals think? Is it possible??Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Just that the new pattern on the Cadet looks nice to me!!
Well from some research, it seems none of the 91mm SAKs have the nail file. Is that correct??

Is that correct??Not quite. 91mm SAKs are available with two types of files:1) Some (but not all) 91mm hooks have a nail file on the back of them. This nail file is a little on the small side, obviously, but works fine. Example: Compact2) The metal saw/file is a bit aggressive, but works fine on fingernails as well. Example: Mountaineer

But it might be more accessible, if you flip it to the other side like I did with the combo tool next to the scissor blade side. I don't stock alox parts or I might've given it a go.

Compacts from my fodder box next to the mod.
Still thinking about my “perfect” SAK... While I absolutely love my alox models, especially my Wenger SI, I think I have figured up what my real life perfect SAK would be. I’m thinking Explorer Plus, but trade the small blade for the nail file from the new Cadet and grind the tip into a smaller flat head for smaller screws. Then remove the can opener and stick an inline 93mm awl in there, if that can be done! The magnifying glass?? Well, I guess leave it unless a wrench would fit. There. That seems to have everything I could want. Oh, add a deep carry pocket clip while we’re at it!!What do you guys n gals think? Is it possible??Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Standard scissor from 91mm SAK. Really not a fan of the Spirit X scissors.
All being said, it would probably be easier to convert my Wenger Champ into what I want. Just remove the long file and saw layers. Oh and the magnifying layer. The fish scaler would have to go as well. That would leave:Nail file/main bladeWrench/inline Phillips headScissorsCap lifter/can opener
