I got this email also.  They're a little slow to ship in my experience, but sell quality product and have pretty good customer service.  I've ordered from them several times with no problems.

The only issue I've had with them is the item I ordered was out of stock and they didn't notify me about it until the next day. Their prices are very reasonable and they offer free shipping,

They are constantly out of stock on stuff they advertise, they are not the place if you need it shipped fast.  You can call them or use live-chat to check inventory, but it's a pain.  They usually can get it in a week or two, but sometimes not.  Online sales without inventory should be a crime  .
