Something bit more fancy today. However still trying to find what is the hype around this about… :)
(Image removed from quote.)
@AndyAaron Hype? Yeah perhaps. I went the Reeve route and got a small Sebenza and a Umnunzaan, both to this day sit in a drawer most of the time. I know Reeve had made some changes since I got them, but other knives are smoother and have the same kind of tolerance. If I had the money I don't think I would buy anymore, but at the same time I'm not getting rid of the ones I have.

Carried a gentleman's folder today : Böker Plus IcePick Dagger (right the name isn't all that gentleman!). A Gedraitis design.

Here is a short video I made of it :

One day you're hacking away a foot of solid ice in total darkness. The next, the Sun comes out and newly planted saplings must be protected against its merciless rays. In Finland, this is what passes for "Spring."

Monster Mobile MSTRatchet.  Just under 4" closed, fat handle, and AUS-8 blade. Very much in my sweet spot.

Monster Mobile tried to basically mix Harbor Freight with Snap-On's distribution model, but it didn't go well.   Local cutlery shop was blowing them out at ten bucks a pop, and I can't say one thing bad about it

I haven’t carried a folder in years, heck the only thing I’ve carried for the passed 3yrs has been my FarmerX.. so they all sit on display which needs to be cleaned,

To all MTO members who are/were part of the British Empire!!
I bought this last year, and now I’ve found it again!!  The venerable British Army Knife!
The model is the one with the sheep’s foot blade, can/bottle opener, integral flathead screwdriver, and marlin spike.
A bit stiff to open, but it does the job!

I didn't like it much at first, but ... The mini Claymore is a really really good (small) EDC knife

I have that version of the Bugout as well.  I could have done without the black coating, but overall the nicest of the myriad of Bugout variations IMO.

I agree, I've had a few Benchmade's and this is my first Bugout. I'm impressed with it, holds an edge really well
