He's welcome back now, it was only a Ten year ban!  I think a ten year ban for urinating on a Texas historical piece is pretty lenient! 

If someone were caught defacing the Statue of Liberty it would be a bit worse methinks.

Not to start a fight here, but as I understand it, he didn't know it was the Alamo, he was just innocently wandering the streets, polluted as a man can get and wearing a dress.  He just needed to go and it was a convenient spot!
