I am really not happy with them right now.  In the last week here's what's happened:
First:
I ordered 500ft spool of red 550 cord.  Order arrives, within a reasonable time frame but when it get here, I discover that they've put my 500 ft of cord around a spool that is too small, it very haphazardly wrapped, frayed and the spool is broken because they stuffed it in a box that was too small.  I took pictures, called them and they said it was a UPS issue and if I sent it back I'd have to pay shipping all over again.  Grrr...fine.  I needed it for some leash orders so I let it go.  The cord was intact, but I wasn't impressed with service.
Second: I put in an order a week ago for 5 different colors of cord.  Black and white 550 and 3 450 colors.  after a week I finally get an email saying that my order has shipped and oh yeah, my 450 is backordered.  Hmmmm...so I send an email and ask when they will be getting it in...their site had no mention of being out of stock of anything when I ordered.  So I get an email back saying that they might get a shipment in a week or so and that it might have what I need.  and they said they would cancel my order and give me a refund on my remaining items because my black and white had already shipped.  I sent them an email back, very nicely suggesting that it would be helpful if they would communicate their stock a little better to the consumer.  I got a rather nasty email back telling me that they do exactly as their competitors and I should basically be thankful that they sent even part of my order. Granted I'm not a huge business, but I do have people who will now be waiting for a week or more to get their orders because I didn't find out about it until after a week.
3rd:
So I get the black and white cord and all seems fine.  Except, like a dummy, I went ahead and made a couple of leashes and didn't pay attention when I cut and burned the ends.  The white is not the 550 I ordered by something called 650 paraline.  Basically, it doesn't have the 7 strands in the middle, only 4.  Now it was my fault for not checking, but I had no reason to think there would be an issue.  I should have, that was my bad for not checking before I used it. 
Now, am I wrong in being just a tad miffed at this point?

Every right to be miffed IMO.   No excuse for poor communications, ever.  If there was a delivery note at all, check to see what the white cord is noted as, is it the 650 paraline or is it down as 550 paracord?  Either way they should of made special note to inform you they've had to supply you with an alternative product.
