Well I smoked the first "smoke" of it. It's different, but has a tobacco flavor. Time will tell how it goes.

Taste like a ultra light. It's ok I guess. Kinda makes my head all fuzzy like I smoked a "cough" left handed cigarette.

I'm still here, still plugging away at it, having good days and bad but slowly improving. I'm getting better at skipping smokes that I want. I haven't been using my e-smoke lately but will this week, I had misplaced the charger until today. It doesn't really help since it's nicotine free except when I'm driving, when I'm used to smoking but not really because I think I need one but just out of habit. I'm serious now, if I don't make some major progress this month I'm doing the champex pills. Let me know how you like your e-smokes, I wish mine tasted more like ass to make me not want it. Why flavor something g delicious that I'm trying to quit?

I was able to quit a year or so ago and find that I wasn't able to quit until I was just done smoking. I was at the point that I no longer enjoyed smoking and was just no longer going to do it on a regular basis. I have found that since quitting I still smoke on occasion such as buy a pack finish it in a day or so and then don't smoke again for 2 months. This seems to be the case more so during high stress times. But I really like the choice now instead of having to smoke to suffice the monkey on my back for all those years, now I can smoke when I want to and leave it be when I dont.

Its a tough thing to quit I feel for you guys. But I know when your ready you will just stop and walk away from it.

I know the feeling. A few months ago I was just sick of it and quit for a few weeks to a month. I stupidly started again.

Well I have not smoked in 24 hours and I am actually shaking while sitting here at my computer. Seems kinda weird as I have never had physical effects from quitting cigarettes before.

When I go out tonight I might give in.

Nice work cap! I had been down to three a day, then early this week I had to work in a town 4 1/2 hrs away and fell off the wagon do to speak. Yesterday I didn't do too bad so hopefully today I can avoid some more. Good luck buddy, your inspiring.
