Welcome aboard the club!!  I love the original model...like a PST on steroids!
[/quoyte]
Would live to carry my original, approx 28 years old but keeping it nice I guess.... was from Marlboro Miles coupons.
Interesting compared to the new ones! Used to do all kinds of crazy stuff with the damn Miles to bug my buddy,  (collected but I quit smoking) he surprised me with the LM  c.1997-8 but as posted, don't want to abuse by use.  I'll see if he remembers this weekend!  LOL

I feel you. I've used mine only occasionally over all those years. It waits in the car for any emergencies. Only 2 years warranty left...

Out of all my MTs the OG Supertool is the one tool I would feel most confident in using :salute: It seems bullet proof compared to even the ST300 to me :o :D So don't be afraid to use them guys :tu: To me it's the toughest tool out there and with all the use mine has seen it still looks great 8)

20th century SuperTool

I could swear that the blade steel was better than some later models. Now I need to give it a thorough cleaning.

Soak in Vinegar? Cola? Will a toothbrush with baking soda microscratch the finish?
