Possibly usefull link on knife makers

I was doing some research on a Laguiole knife and found this link about knife makers in various countries and regions, which was usefull for me. I followed the link for Europe-France and found the knife maker.

This list is not perfect, e.g. SRM is not in it, and may have been posted before.
