No, a chap on British Blades did it. I am going to have a go this year though. I've got a scaleless Huntsman and some cocobolo and elm to play with. Watch this space! ;)

You can't put a time limit on art :P I've had the Rucksack for a loooong time now. We've been to, I think, 17 different countries together at last count. It's just starting to get that lovely 'worn in' look. As am I ;)

17 countries huh?  That's pretty impressive!

I was so pleased with the Rucksack that I gave it to my father to use while kayaking.  He wouldn't use it because he was worried about losing it so I sent him a SOSAKOnline carabiner to keep it safe on his pfd!

Knice knives David!!!

I have the Blur in s30v with stone-washed blade.  It's one of my favorites.

Not a big fan of SOG's folders (I do like their fixed blades), but those sure look purty!

Would a russlock still be illegal to EDC in the UK?

I love showing it off. It's the only "nice" thing I won. I have a Ford Focus and a Taurus. Good cars but nothing picture worthy. None of my guns are "pretty" just functional. Although I can't hit a thing with them. All the other knives I own are production models, nothing unique there. So this is it. LOL
I gotta get some new stuff, my stuff is boring

That's the great thing about Knifecoop's customs.  Not only are they beautiful, but very functional too.

Oh yeah, mine isn't a "drawer queen". It gets regular EDC duty. I don't abuse my knives but I do use them and this one still looks the same as it did as when I got it.

I carry and use mine fairly often too.  I've polished the bolsters once with Brasso to remove fine scratches in the nickel, but it has worn well otherwise.  I try to be careful not to drop mine though, since it is heavy (Soldier) and has stag scales.

I was thinking that the arm off the blade acted as a part where your thumb would apply pressure to it to help keep the blade open, so it wasn't locking.  But I guess even that would still be illegal in the UK.  :(
I'm back!!
