Let's see your bag!

Doesn't matter what brand it is..show it off here. No brand snobbery here - just good bag carry pics and discussion. :D

I'm putting together my Jumbo for a week straight of edc here in the next couple of days for my upcoming vacation. Gonna use it mainly as a camera bag/ HD pocket camcorder bag. I have a light rainjacket that's going in the main pocket, batteries in the top, maybe some asprin, sunglasses softcase, and contact lens case/solution. No knives until i can feel out the security situation. Maybe a smallish nalgene bottle too.

Old pics but same bag & similar contents (there has actually been quite a few changes though). Probably more tackle than most folk lug around daily, but it works for me and has got me out of many a pickle

This contains my work gear. 3 compartments, makes sectioning off kit easier.

The main compartment contains a waterproof jacket, gloves, emergency smartphone. In colder weather, I will add a fleece jacket.

The middle compartment contains first aid kit, hand sanitiser, couple of pens, 4sevens Quark AA light, Surefire 6PX Pro, spare batteries, phone chargers, lightsticks, duct tape and spare house keys.

The outer compartment contains Vic Spirit X, LM Crunch, LM knifeless Fuse, side cutters, Stanley multi bit screwdriver and cable ties.

I keep a slightly larger version of the bag in the car, contains my emergency kit. Contents below.

Not pictured is waterpoof jacket, fleece, gloves and boots.

The North Face Recon.  Mines dark blue though.  Used mainly for work.  Front pocket has pretty good internal organisation.  Fits my laptop.  Fantastic bag.

Hey nuphoria, any pics of that Blackhawk bag you got  I'm kinda interested in getting one as I just found out my 5.11 is not waterproof :o the top zipped section is poop :( the rest of the bag is okay.

The contents have changed a bit. I upgraded to a larger Nikon 85mm AFS 1.4, and 4 smaller (but more $$ hah) Pocketwizard Flex TT5's.

I doubt the Blackhawk is waterproof as the flap just goes over and buckles shut - nothing stop a good downpour getting in the sides!

I am finding it to be a useful little thing though. Can take pics when I have time if you still need some :)
